Hope you all enjoyed our pre-showcase activities. We are all really excited, nervous, and anxious for the day. We worked so hard this whole semester. The chemistry between us and how we worked together was like none other. We really want to win the award for Best Documentary so send your good luck wishes for us now. There’s definitely going to be competition.
Much Love :)
So my math was a little off we are in fact only 2 days away from the big screening. Today was a hectic day. We all, when I say all, I mean all the projects were crowded in the editing bays finishing the final touches of our projects. Exporting alone took 4 hours. A true lesson in production, when you have something this important to finish, make sure you have all the time in the world because unexpected things always happen. There goes pics of the total running time of our project and the press kits from about half the projects from the screening. And there will be a very funny video posted very soon. Check back on the blog soon….

To anyone who is anyone,
I would like to take the time to thank everyone for their support and interest in our film. As we all know, we have been working in post for a month or so now and as the editor of the piece, I have felt the need to step away from the cut and say hello to you all! With our screening just days away, I am excited and thrilled to have been a part of such a successful project and hope you all will have the opportunity to see it!
To the team,
You know I love you all and it is unfortunate that with graduation coming soon, my goodbyes will be bittersweet. Out of my 5 years attending CSUN, this has been the most humbling and eye-opening semester I have had as a student and filmmaker, and with that, I have you all to thank.
From all parts of my heart (because the bottom ain’t nothin but the bottom..) I want to congratulate our achievements will a subtle applaud for myself and to the team. Special thanks are directed to our brilliant and constructive instructor, Deb Diehl. With her guidance, we as filmmakers have learned more than we could have ever anticipated.
Toast for hard work! See ya at the screening!

Inside Look in the Edit Bay with JP !!
Putting the finishing touches on the doc. Robben has definitely come through on composing some awesome music for our piece. JP has been acting really….soft….lately over a special lady in his life. lmao. But we can’t express enough how much fun we had together this semester creating this doc. Look at what Amanda sent us this morning…:)

As the deadline approaches the more fun we have together. Our group meeting today consisted of are 30% doc, 60% relationships, and 10% on what we want to wear to the screening. lol. Oh and we clearly had too much fun taking pics with the Photobooth app on Lauren’s phone. It took us a few tries but we finally got it right. Remember the big screening is May 15th. Much Love.

JP & I been editing all day getting all b-roll and the cut together and trying to keep everything within the time frame…..
Exactly 1 week away from the screening May 15th! It is most definitely crunch time so we will document each day as we put the finishing touches on the documentary….so come ride the roller coaster with us. Much Love!
